AG Burger

Restaurant ordering that does not fall apart during the rush.

A concept demo showing how a restaurant could take clean, complete orders through a website chatbot, with a dashboard for the owner. It is not a paid client project, and I label it that way on purpose.

Project overview

A product-focused restaurant ordering and automation system for clearer customer and staff workflows.

My role

Product planning, interface design, and frontend development

What I delivered

Designed the interactive menu, cart, customer details, order flow, dashboard structure, responsive interface, and WhatsApp workflow plan.

The problem

Manual ordering breaks down exactly when demand is highest. Orders arrive incomplete, prices and quantities are unclear, delivery or pickup details go missing, and orders get buried in message threads.

What I built, for customers

a menu with categories and popular dishes, a cart, a choice of delivery or pickup, and a chatbot-style ordering flow with an order summary before confirmation.

What I built, for the owner

a dashboard with today's, pending and completed orders, total sales and customer records, menu and order management, conversation history, auto-reply rules and restaurant settings.

How the bot works

a rule-based engine, with no AI model involved. It moves through controlled steps, validates input, handles unavailable items and hands over to a person when needed.

Status

The WhatsApp connection is designed for the WhatsApp Cloud API but is not connected in this demo.

What it shows

A 14-step ordering flow from greeting to a confirmed order in the dashboard.
